Nestled amidst the tranquil suburbs of Pune, the Gore Residence stands as a charming row house that embodies its owners aspiration to embrace nature’s serenity and purity. To transform their vision into a tangible reality, the family enlisted the expertise of a skilled designer, whose ingenuity and creativity knew no bounds, despite the constraints of limited space. The interior of the dwelling was masterfully crafted with clean lines and soft pastel hues, impeccably tailored to fulfill the clients’ desires.

Upon crossing the threshold into the living room, visitors are greeted by an ambiance of refined elegance and sophistication, meticulously curated to embody uncluttered spaces, clean lines, and a harmonious color palette. The focal point of the space is the custom-designed L-shaped sofa, a manifestation of modernity that offers generous seating for gatherings. Accompanying the seating are a practical storage cabinet and a minimalist round center table.

Noteworthy arch moldings grace the back wall of the sofa, further accentuated by a warm and inviting pendant light, exuding a sense of warmth and intimacy. An abstract minimal painting, adorned with hints of green, effortlessly merges with the decor, fostering a serene atmosphere. The TV unit, extending along the expanse of the wall, optimizes space while preserving a sense of lightness. Each distinctive detail and discerning design choice culminate in a living room that exudes uniqueness and sophistication.

In the kitchen, vibrant hues harmonize with sleek contemporary furnishings and ample illumination, evoking an inviting and luxurious atmosphere. Pastel shades of green and oak wood laminate permeate the space, instilling a sense of freshness and airiness that enhances efficiency and productivity in daily culinary endeavors.

The dining space embodies a delicate balance between functionality and spaciousness. Employing ingenious storage solutions, the area accommodates various needs, from meal preparation to dining and serving.

The master bedroom exudes an air of refined sophistication, enveloped in a neutral color palette complemented by warm accents that create a welcoming and intimate ambiance. The adjoining terrace acts as a conduit for natural daylight, establishing a seamless connection to the outdoors. The bedroom is thoughtfully designed, incorporating multifunctional furniture to optimize the available space.

An exquisitely crafted oval dresser and strategically placed lighting imbue the room with an added sense of spaciousness. The guest room, designed with a minimalist approach, boasts a customized L-shaped seating that effortlessly transforms into a cozy bed for overnight guests. An area of tranquility within the room provides an ideal space for relaxation and contemplation.

The teenage son’s bedroom strikes a harmonious balance between vibrancy and relaxation, with a pristine white color scheme punctuated by vibrant blue accents. Wooden tones blend seamlessly, and the furniture arrangement is thoughtfully orchestrated to maximize functionality.

Initially, the family harbored concerns about whether their unique requirements would be met, yet the designer’s deft touch put their worries to rest. Each space within the residence exudes its own distinctive style, showcasing an artful fusion of elegance and practicality.

Encompassing an area of 1000 sq ft, the Gore Residence is prominently located in Pune, Maharashtra. This architectural marvel came to life through the talents of a dedicated design team, led by the visionary Ar. Sanyam Agarwal and Id. Priya Mittal. The family now revels in the comfort and serenity of their beautifully crafted home, thanks to the remarkable photography skills of Yogesh Mahamuni, along with the contributions of the electric consultant Shivshankar, plumbing consultant Govind Sahane, paintwork by Ravi Rampal, carpentry by Durgesh Kashyap, and gypsum work by Bablu ji.
